We see clients face-to-face for life coaching in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We also work with clients over the telephone across the UK and around the English-speaking world and we can provide voice over internet phone (Skype) and webcam coaching.

Coaching (or 'life coaching', 'personal coaching') is a confidential collaboration between you and your coach. The coach facilitates you in getting what you want from life in a supportive environment.

As a life coach, we will listen to what you want to achieve and nurture your strengths. We agree goals that will help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. A Life coach does not prescribe a certain lifestyle or way of doing things, but rather, empowers you to make those decisions for yourself. Tasks and goals will be agreed and each meeting we will discuss how you are getting on. Your life coach is not there to criticise but to support you even if you have not achieved what you wanted to achieve between sessions. Life coaching can help you do things such as:
